Juan Sabines, gobernador de Chiapas está comprometido con el respeto de los derechos humanos de todas las personas que buscan un futuro mejor. La relación de Chiapas con El Salvador es mucho más que compartir la misma posición geográfica.Es antigua, más fuerte y permanente. Por lo tanto, ambas naciones están dispuestas a compartir el mismo espíritu de hermandad. Sin embargo, algunas personas no visualizan esta alianza y considerar a los migrantes como los extranjeros y no se lo toman como uno de los suyos. Esta diferencia ha generado agresiones contra los migrantes. Juan Sabines lucha contra esos delitos y se esfuerza mucho para el mejoramiento de los migrantes.
Juan Sabines Guerrero ha tomado tantas medidas para reducir estos problemas que enfrentan los migrantes y uno de los tales es la presentación de un proyecto de ley sobre Inter cultural, cuidado de los migrantes y la movilidad humana con que se propone llevar a cabo una política de inmigración con el objetivo de garantizar los derechos humanos de los migrantes y sus familias. Los migrantes de los países centroamericanos deben sentirse libres durante su proceso de inmigración. Sólo entonces, pueden sentir Chiapas como su país natal y se puede trabajar por su progreso. La política actual parece que la carga de los migrantes y Juan ha tomado medidas para reformar la política.
El proyecto de ley habla de 56 artículos que se ponen juntas en ocho capítulos, todos ellos tratando de crear mecanismos para proteger a los migrantes y la movilidad humana y la diversidad de las culturas. Los primeros cuatro capítulos abarca un montón de cosas que incluye objetivos como el de no identificar a cualquier ser humano como ilegal, un emigrado, la creación de programas de ayuda y apoyo para la atención social a personas de diferentes orígenes en la naturaleza social, económica y cultural y los pasos a fortalecer su visibilidad en el estado de Chiapas.
Juan Sabines se ha comprometido a luchar contra el prejuicio y la discriminación y por lo tanto, asegurar la igualdad de oportunidades para todas las personas mediante la adaptación de sus políticas institucionales, programas y servicios a las necesidades de su sociedad diversa, sin tener ningún compromiso con los principios básicos de los derechos humanos. Este compromiso con los derechos humanos de las personas que le ha valido varios premios que incluyen el recientemente ganó el “Noble Amigo de El Salvador” de adjudicación. En la ceremonia de presentación, que compartía los mismos sentimientos que veía en todos sus intentos de preservar los derechos humanos de los migrantes y se visualizó el pueblo de El Salvador como sus compatriotas y no como extranjeros. Además, se ha puesto de manifiesto los esfuerzos incansables de los derechos humanos del pueblo de Chiapas.

Even while I was still a student I have always wanted to be employed already. I was very much eagerly to earn as soon as possible so right when I graduated I applied for several jobs. Unlike my other classmates who chose to rest for a few months, I did not stop sending my application requirements until I was hired. I was accepted as a secretary so unsurprisingly there were so many paperwork for me to handle. The job was not really something difficult but I really needed as much time as I can have. There were so many things to do and I was even told that I may be asked to work overtime frequently. I did not mind how hectic the schedule will be but I must admit that the first few weeks of work were a little hard for me. The instructions were a little confusing since I had to learn so much in a very limited time and I kept making mistakes. Good thing the one that taught me was very patient and she kept saying that it must have just been my nerves. Learning about the system was what took some time for me since it was something new. But I can say that the presence of office 365 partner was helpful. Since Microsoft software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and others were used it was not the complicated anymore. I was familiar with those already and I only had to explore about the additional information.
